We totally understand that, and this worry only applies with the optional feature of “Voice A.I.” during a phone call between the customer and an A.I. agent. You can choose to have it ONLY interact with customers over chat and text, and then transfer the confirmed appointment over to one of your staff already pre-vetted and pre-sold, so it makes closing them into a sale easier. Without the Voice AI option, you can have your phone system as it already normally is, or set up your number for "missed call text back". This works best for appointment-based service businesses that meet the following minimum criteria: 

• In business for 5+ years or more - or alternatively is doing above $1M/year revenue

• Keep an organized CRM / Database of Leads

• Have an average closing ratio of at least one-out-of-three estimates given turning into a paid invoice

• Proven history of paying for marketing and lead generation (online or offline)

If your company does not meet each of these criteria, then we cannot promise you amazing results, but could still recommend using A.I. to automate some of your manual business processes, such as getting reviews from customers or document collection. 

Step 1: We schedule a live demo to show you the basic functions and go over customization options. 

Step 2: With your $999 payment, we begin to customize the AI Sales Assistant according to your needs and choice of functions (such as focusing on review generation, or handling customer service, or interacting with new leads, etc..), as well as integrate it with your current lead-handling system (Website, SMS, CRM, Google Calendar, etc). You send us whatever business details we need for the customization, for example a basic breakdown how you price your services. This step takes 3-5 days normally. 

Step 3: We launch and begin the first small campaign with your CSV file sample of 500-1000 old unsold leads (using SMS text messaging), monitoring and optimizing whatever needs tweaking. We also ensure the security and privacy of your customer data, and are happy to sign an NDA Agreement with you. First results (optimized appointments for your staff) come in usually within one week. 

We do not do manual invoicing and chasing payments. All weekly payments are withdrawn automatically with your company card/bank account, and charged based on whatever results were produced the preceding week. Only the payment gateway stores and encrypts your payment details (card numbers, etc...), we do not store any sensitive financial data. Note that if there was a week of zero results, then no payments for that period will be due.
